Various diet recipes
Steamed fish cutlets.
For gastritis, dietary recipes involve the use of lean fish. It is useful to eat hake, cod, pollock at least 2-3 times a week. You can buy ready-made steaks. Otherwise, you need to cut the carcass of the fish.
- 200 g of fish fillets;
- 50 g of white bread pulp;
- 3 tablespoons of milk;
- 1 egg white;
- 15 g of butter;
- Exit to the minimum.
Add the milk soaked pulp with the fish fillet. Salt the dough, scroll twice in a meat grinder. Add protein to minced meat, mix well. Form small patties and steam. Pour melted butter over the plate before serving.
Steamed omelette.
Quail eggs are a great alternative to eggs in an omelette. They are considered very useful, and they are also more delicate.
- 10 quail eggs;
- 3-4 tablespoons of milk;
- 2 teaspoons of flour;
- a pinch of salt;
- vegetable oil (to grease the mold).
Beat several times and the eggs are mixed. All the other ingredients are added except the oil. Many gastritis recipes allow the use of finely chopped herbs, so you can add dill to smell. The dough is lightly beaten and poured into a greased form, cooked in a steam bath.
Baked apples with cottage cheese.
This recipe is suitable even for people with acute gastritis. In case of illness, especially in the first weeks, the list of allowed fruits is small. These are generally baked apples and bananas. The dessert is easy to digest and contains pectin, which improves digestion.
- 3-4 apples;
- 100 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 1 egg yolk;
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar;
- 10 g of starch.
Wash the fruit well, cut the top in the shape of "caps". With a small spoon, gently scoop out the seeds and some of the pulp in a circle. The apples must have walls of at least 1 cm.
In a filling blender, mix the cottage cheese with the powdered sugar, the yolk and the starch. If available, add vanilla sugar. "Fill" the apples with the sweet dough and put them in a mold with sides. In the oven, turned on in advance to 200 degrees, the dessert should keep for 20-25 minutes. Pouring some water to the bottom of the baking sheet will make the baked apples more tender.
